MGNY AVE places authenticity at the center of our sourcing and receiving process. Items are inspected and, where applicable, independently authenticated before being offered for sale. Many products include third-party authentication documentation, including Real Authentication documentation where applicable. Each product listing identifies the authentication information available for that particular item.

MGNY AVE focuses on high-quality luxury pieces and generally targets A-rank or better when supplier grading is available. Because condition grading can vary between suppliers, each product listing includes item-specific condition information and photographs. Additional available photos or videos may also be requested before purchase.

Shipping for normal in-stock Webstore purchases is calculated during checkout based on the order, delivery destination and applicable shipping and insurance requirements.

Returns may be requested within 15 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. The item must be returned in its original received condition and original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. MGNY AVE will provide return instructions after a return request is accepted. Return shipments must use value-appropriate tracking, insurance and proof of delivery as required by MGNY AVE's return instructions.

MGNY AVE accepts major credit and debit cards through Square, as well as ACH bank transfers and Wise for eligible purchases. Certain payment methods may involve processing fees where applicable and permitted. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. For select transactions, escrow services may also be available by arrangement for added security. Please contact MGNY AVE if you would like to discuss bank transfer, Wise, or escrow options for your purchase. Available payment methods may vary depending on the item, transaction amount and fulfillment arrangement.

A Product Request is MGNY AVE's personal-shopping and sourcing service. Tell us about the luxury item you're looking for and our team will scout our sourcing network for the requested piece or a close alternative. If we locate a suitable item, we'll contact you with the available information and provide a 48-hour review period. During that time, you may request additional available photos, videos or product information. If you decide to proceed, MGNY AVE may require a reservation payment of up to 30% of the agreed merchandise price. The item will then proceed through the applicable inspection and authentication process before final fulfillment. Timing and door-to-door shipping costs vary depending on the item, source and destination.

MGNY AVE personally selects merchandise through a network of established sources, primarily in Japan and Italy. We may also source pieces from the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore when they meet our standards for quality, condition and authenticity.

Some pieces are offered through our consignors or sourcing partners. Before you purchase, MGNY AVE needs to confirm the item’s availability, condition and delivery arrangements.
