We scout for you
The MGNY AVE team searches our sourcing network for your requested item. If we locate the exact piece or something close to your request, we’ll contact you with the available details.

Review the find
Once we present a sourced item, you’ll have 48 hours to decide whether you’d like to proceed. During this review period, you can communicate with our team and request additional available photos, videos or product information.

Reserve your selection
If you decide to proceed, MGNY AVE may require a reservation payment of up to 30% of the agreed merchandise price.

Inspection & authentication
The sourced item undergoes MGNY AVE’s inspection and authentication process before final fulfillment. Fulfillment may be as quick as approximately 7 business days and may take up to approximately 21 business days, depending on the item, source, inspection and authentication process. During approximately the first 14 business days, the product may undergo additional inspection and authentication. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times.

Complete your purchase
Once the item successfully completes the required checks, MGNY AVE will contact you with the next steps, including applicable balance or payment, shipping, insurance and return information. Door-to-door shipping varies according to the product, source and destination. In some cases shipping may be approximately $35 or more; this is not a guaranteed or universal charge.
